Montreal—Preliminary data indicate reduced postoperative/post-discharge nausea and vomiting (PONV/PDNV) and improved patient satisfaction after a single dose of IV acetaminophen in patients undergoing laparoscopic cholecystectomy, compared with traditional opioid-based anesthetics.
